**Applications Delayed** Grant Applications will be available online only Friday, March 31, 2017. Applications are due Monday, May 1, 2017.
The entire application process is online via fillable webforms and the ability to attach documents.
Agency interviews with the allocation committee teams will be scheduled May 29th - June 9th.
All 501 (c)(3) human and health organizations serving Lee County within the focus areas identified below are eligible to apply. The grant process is competitive and it is imperative the agency and its program falls within our focus areas in order to be considered a partner agency eligible for funding.
Focus areas our organization's partner grants cover:
- Education, including but not limited to early childhood intervention, Pre-3 to pre- K programs with documented outcome measurements showing clear impact results. K through 12 programs, after school programs and centers.
- Health, including but not limited to basic food and nutritional needs, programs promoting and assisting residents with healthy living mental illness, elder care and drug and alcohol substance abuse issues.
- Financial stability, including but not limited to basic living needs, budgeting programs, low cost housing opportunities, homeless shelters and assistance or low cost options at childcare, preschool, after school centers for working parents
