Code of Ethics
When you donate to a charitable organization, you need to know that the organization will handle your donation efficiently, responsibly, and ethically. To maintain the trust and confidence of the community, the United Way of Lee County has formally adopted a Code of Ethics to govern the conduct of all our board members, volunteers, and staff.
This Code of Ethics expresses our fundamental values and beliefs in honesty and integrity in executing our mission. Below is a brief summary of key portions of our ethics policy, or you may download our complete Code of Ethics.
